During the early morning hours of June 24, 2008 the front window of a store in the 400 block of Main Street in Penticton was smashed and 2 laptop computers were stolen. The suspect in this offence received a cut from the broken window. Anyone with information on this crime is asked to call Crime Stoppers, 1-800-222-TIPS or leave a Tip Online. You will remain anonymous. Should your information lead to an Arrest, you may qualify for a cash reward of up to $2000.00. 2008 South Okanagan Similkameen Crime Stoppers 8th Annual Golf Tournament
Crime Stoppers held their annual Golf Tournament on May 31, 2008. 108 golfers enjoyed a warm sunny day of golf and fun. After the tournament 120 golfers, volunteers and guests enjoyed a steak dinner. Thanks to all our sponsors and participants approximately $11,000 was raised to help fight crime in the South Okanagan-Similkameen.
